With a career spanning more than three decades, Lynn brings a unique blend of customer service excellence and healthcare revenue cycle expertise with 24 of years of expertise of HCPCS. Beginning in the hospitality industry in the 1990s with Marriott International, Lynn developed a strong foundation in service, operational efficiency, and client relations.
In 2002, Lynn transitioned into the healthcare sector, specializing in home health revenue cycle billing. Over the years, she built extensive experience in reimbursement processes, compliance, claims management, and financial operations within the home health industry.
In 2015, Lynn expanded her expertise to include skilled nursing facility billing and revenue cycle management, further strengthening her proficiency in healthcare finance, regulatory requirements related to billing, and revenue optimization and collection strategies. Her diverse background allows Lynn to approach healthcare administration with both a service-driven mindset and a results-oriented financial focus.
