Julie Ann Kemman

Julie started her career with HCR in 1991 and quickly advanced from facility business office roles to regional collection specialist, regional financial consultant, divisional financial consultant then back to facility position as the assistant administrator of 180-bed skilled nursing facility and later transitioned into corporate roles including EMR development representing facility financial billing, in tandem with home health billing/reimbursement support, and later as director of managed care within the organization. With extensive experience working within the post-acute profession, she has been the cornerstone in reimbursement, billing, revenue cycle management, training, compliance monitoring and internal controls, as well as managed care contracting. She has also authored publications for HCPro including 100 Essential Forms for post-acute.
