Katie Russell

Katie is the cornerstone to HCPCS Team by providing full service Medicaid Support for our providers. Katie has extensive expertise as an accomplished Medicaid Expert and Office Manager for Post Acute Providers for many years. This includes Medicaid Applications, Renewals, Appeals, UMED program applications and many other support services while navigating the benefit guidelines.

Her knowledge and longstanding relationships within CARES, DCF, attorney offices for QITs and other experience allow Katie to manage the Medicaid processes with successful outcomes. Katie values relationships and has great communication skills with proven success in dealing with providers and responsible parties for positive results. Katie also provides billing and collection support services to HCPCS providers.
